Schwaz Tigers add Adam Sowell

As expected, the Schwaz Tigers were able to fill their foreigner spot with a quality player who has played all positions except for catcher.

Their new guy is not new to Europe, as he has played in several European Leagues and was named the MVP in the Swedish league in 2007, where went 14-0 with an ERA of 1.78 and batted .385.

The 6’5″ Adam Sowell, a RHP who swings with a lot of power from the left side, could be another top player joining the ABL, making the Tigers a lot better, and therefore the league too.

Adam Sowell

He has professional experience, having played in the Frontier Leauge. He played for the Hoboken Pioneers in Belgium in 2006. In 2007 and 2008 he played in Sweden, with a short stint in Holland in 2008. Last year he played in the Czech Republic.

When Sowell doesn’t play baseball, he is a professional online poker player and loves to travel. (http://www.adamvanwildest.com)
